27th September: An updated version of the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF) is now available. Mandatory e-invoicing is due to come into effect from 1 July 2024.

18th July: On 1 June 2023, the Polish president signed Act of 26 May 2023 amending the act on tax on goods and services and some other acts.
27th June: On 9 May 2023, the Polish government adopted the project of the National e-Invoice System (KSeF). From 1 January 2022, Polish entrepreneurs have had the option of voluntarily issuing invoices via KSeF.
May: On 18 April 2023, the Polish government officially announced that the SLIM VAT 3 package and the Act sealing VAT in the e-commerce sector was adopted by the Sejm (Sejm Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej is the lower house of the bicameral parliament of Poland).
