Norwegian VAT deadline is moved to September.

The application deadline for the refund of Norwegian value-added tax (VAT) for the previous calendar year has been changed to 30 September. More information is available from the Norwegian Tax Authority website.

Claimants who for whatever reason did not submit their 2018 refund claims by 30 June now have the opportunity to apply by 30 September.
